Can You Return Sale Items?
Yes — in most cases. Items purchased during AJIO sales (Big Bold Sale, Holi Sale, Diwali Sale, etc.) follow the same 30-day return policy. However, some products are listed as "Final Sale" or carry a red "No Return" badge at the time of purchase — check the product detail page before buying if returns matter to you.

- Tap the order containing the item you want to return
- Tap "Return Item" and select which item(s) to return
- Choose a return reason from the dropdown
- Select a pickup date — usually the next business day is available
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached
- Hand the package to the AJIO courier when they arrive for pickup
- Track your return and refund status in My Orders → Returns
